PetWalk 2025

Grab your walking shoes, your furry friend and join the Hawaiian Humane Society on Saturday, October 25, 2025 for our 35th annual PetWalk Presented by Fetch Pet Insurance at Kapiʻolani Regional Park!

PetWalk is the Hawaiian Humane Society’s signature annual community fundraiser and Oʻahu’s largest outdoor pet-friendly event, raising critical funds that go directly toward helping more than 13,000 local animals that seek Hawaiian Humane’s services each year.

This year’s PetWalk will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Kapiʻolani Regional Park, with festivities including a scenic 1.8-mile walk, as well as a shorter senior stroll option for participants who prefer a more leisurely pace. Throughout the morning, attendees can enjoy a variety of pet-friendly vendors, local food options, a costume contest, music and the opportunity to meet adoptable animals on-site.

Animal lovers island-wide are invited to register their own individual or team fundraising page to maximize your lifesaving impact and enjoy the festivities with friends, family and colleagues. Registration Tiers

  • General/Keiki Participant: Join us for the full PetWalk experience at Kapiʻolani Regional Park
  • Sleepy Cat / Lazy Dog: For those who can’t make the event but want to receive incentive items for fundraising and support the event from afar. While we offered the Lazy Dog option last year, we’re excited to include the cat community this year with our new Sleepy Cat option.

NEW THIS YEAR!

Hawaiian Humane is honored to welcome acclaimed actress and animal lover Amy Hill as this year’s distinguished emcee, who will bring her signature warmth and humor to the festivities. Joining the celebration as Grand Marshal is Dede Guss, whose dedication to the community and passion for animal welfare embodies the spirit of PetWalk. Adding to the excitement, PetWalk 2025 will feature doggie yoga for the first time at 7:30 am, led by Cecilia Ryan, a dedicated Hawaiian Humane Adoption Assistant volunteer. This pet-friendly yoga session offers participants and their furry companions a chance to start the morning with mindfulness and connection before the walk begins.

In a generous show of support, Pet Hospitals of Hawaii will sponsor all adoption fees for pets available on-site at PetWalk and at Hawaiian Humane’s Mōʻiliʻili and Kosasa Family campuses on October 25. This partnership ensures that loving animals can find their perfect matches without financial barriers.
