Share Your Happy Tails Adoption Story

Mahalo for taking the time to share your Happy Tail adoption story with your Hawaiian Humane Alum. This story and any supporting photos may be used in upcoming donor appeals or marketing campaigns to support the programs and services that care for the over 13,000 pets that come to our campuses each year.

I grant permission to the Hawaiian Humane Society, a Hawaiʻi 501(c)3 nonprofit, to use, release, exhibit, depict, display, reproduce, photograph, film, stream, video record, broadcast and transmit my name, voice, likeness, appearance and like attributes (“My Likeness”) in its newsletter, articles, website, advertising, social media and all usage. I acknowledge the Hawaiian Humane Society’s right to crop or edit the photograph at its discretion. I agree that no payments, residuals, reuse fees or other compensation shall be made to me or any other party in connection with the use of my likeness.(Required)
