The Hawaiian Humane Society is partnering with Best Friends Animal Society (@BestFriendsAnimalSociety) to find loving homes for as many shelter pets as possible through their nationwide Bring Love Home Challenge.

NOW EXTENDED THROUGH SUNDAY, JUNE 30, 2024, you can bring love home and make a lifesaving difference! All adoption fees for dogs and puppies will be completely waived at the Hawaiian Humane Society’s Mōʻiliʻili Campus and Kosasa Family Campus at Hoʻopili. Plus, since cats thrive in pairs, if you adopt a cat or kitten from any of the Hawaiian Humane’s campuses or off-site adoption partners, including Pounce Hawaiʻi and select PETCO locations islandwide, the adoption fee for a second cat or kitten will be waived!

Not in a position to adopt? You can still make a life-changing difference by fostering through our Couch Crashers and Lap Crashers programs for dogs and cats! Right now, our kennels are critically full with more animals in need coming into our care every day. Fostering through Couch and Lap Crashers gives shelter dogs and cats a break from the shelter, helps us to learn more about what they’re like in a home environment, and allows Hawaiian Humane to have the space and resources available for the animals that need us most. It’s so easy: all you have to do is visit our Mōʻiliʻili or Kosasa Family campuses and ask an Adoptions Representative about Couch or Lap Crashing an adoptable animal.

The best part about the Bring Love Home Challenge? The top five animal welfare organizations with the most adoptions in June 2024 compared to June 2023 will win a $10,000 grant from Best Friends Animal Society to support more life-saving programs.
