Meet Penny! Penny is a 2-year-old terrier mix with a gorgeous chestnut coat and dazzling hazel eyes that are sure to steal your heart! Found as a stray in Pearl City, this active girl has a playful personality hiding beneath her shy exterior. She would thrive with an active, patient family willing to give her the time and understanding she needs to settle into a new environment.
