Meet Rico, the "distinguished gentleman" who hasn’t quite realized he’s a senior! While he sports a handsome "powdered sugar" face, Rico has the youthful energy of a much younger dog—he still loves to run, jump, and trot through his daily adventures. Rico is a dream roommate: he is housebroken, quiet, and calm indoors. He’s a true "people dog" who enjoys following you from room to room to keep you company, but he is also perfectly well-behaved when left alone for a few hours. After Rico has spent time in a foster home, here’s some more things we’ve learned about him: • Family Ready: gentle meeting children and has lives successfully with other dogs. • Gentle Nature: Loves being petted and is a self proclaimed “non shoe chewer” • Polite Walker: A pro on the leash who is always ready for a stroll. • Smart & Motivated: He’s a treat-lover who listens well to redirection.
