Humane Lobby Day – February 12
Join your friends at the Hawaiian Humane Society for Humane Lobby Day on Friday, February 12!
The official kick-off to this year's legislative session took place on January 20. Hawaiian Humane Society is co-sponsoring Humane Lobby Day with the Humane Society of the United States to help mobilize our advocacy efforts.
It’s a full-day event, from 9:30am to 4:00pm, which includes a lobbying workshop and an overview of relevant bills in the State Legislature. Appointments are made for you with legislators from your district, so you can visit with the them face-to-face and urge for animal-friendly votes.
