Pet Adoptions

Hawaiian Humane Society runs a non-profit adoptions center supported by donations.

Oahu’s widest variety of dogs, cats and rabbits are available for a small adoption fee and include a spectrum of services: sterilization, post-adoption care and microchip identification.

There is no time limit on how long we’ll keep an animal. We can only hope that more people will choose adoption.

We do not place animals on hold and frequently have puppies and kittens. On rare occasions, viewable animals may not be available for adoption due to medical reasons, ownership or other special exception.

The adoption process takes about half an hour. Give yourself plenty of time to find just the right companion!

Seniors for Seniors. If you are 60 or older, adopt any cat or dog, age 6 or older, for free.
