Animal welfare expert Ken White is president and CEP of Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA. He has worked with and for the animals for more than 30 years. He created San Francisco's SPCA animal assisted therapy and humane education programs, and later served as Deputy Director of Operations for San Francisco’s Department of Animal Care & Control. Former positions have also included vice president for Humane Society of the United States and president of Arizona Humane Society.

Animal welfare consultant Jed Rogers has 20 years of experience working in all areas of small animal veterinary care and operations management in both the private practice and animal welfare realms. He servers as the board chair for the Colorado Humane Society and is past president of Hawaii Veterinary Medical Association and Colorado Veterinary Medical Association.
